All items purchased from Gugu4Luxi are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. Custom merchandise may not be eligible for returns unless defective. 

5.2 Refunds 

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
